Twenty seven persons of six families have been affected by flash flood in Chandak Bela river in Poonch district even as authorities have started a rescue operation.
Officials said that as soon as the information was received a rescue operation was started by the army, police and civil administration. Additional District Development Commissioner, Poonch, Bisharat Inglabani said that the families will be rescued in a couple of hours.
