The Government on Thursday informed that 229 fresh positive cases of novel Corona virus (COVID-19) have been reported today; 41 from Jammu division and 188 from Kashmir division, thus taking the total number of positive cases to 476932.
Moreover, 395 more COVID-19 patients have recovered and been discharged from various hospitals including 91 from Jammu division and 304 from Kashmir division. 02 COVID deaths have been reported from Jammu division.
According to the daily Media Bulletin on novel Corona virus (Covid-19), out of 476932 positive cases, 2001 are Active Positive (331 in Jammu Division and 1669 in Kashmir Division), 470150 have recovered and 4781 have died; 2349 in Jammu division and 2432 in Kashmir division.
The Bulletin also informs that 23,355 doses of COVID Vaccine have been administered in the last 24 hours across Jammu and Kashmir bringing the cumulative number of doses administered to 2,41,94,226 till date.
The Bulletin further said that out of 26404361 test results available, 476932 samples have tested positive and 25927429 samples have been tested as negative till date. Besides, 10173 COVID tests have been conducted in last 24 hours.
